Double Click to Convert

I just recorded a meeting, saved it to my Mac, but it doesn't appear in my local recordings. However, there's a file folder with 2 documents titled "double_click_to_convert_01.zoom" and "...02.zoom." I don't see audio or video listed. When I double click, it says document could not be opned. zoom.us cannot open files of this type. Looking for help on how this could have happened or how I get to my recording. TIA

No, I wound up re-recording. Apparently, I'm not in the tier where I can get a live support person to help troubleshoot.
