Don't know how to host the meeting

If you need to start a meeting already scheduled by your boss, or if you need to start or schedule a new meeting actually under yours Boss's profile, you will need to be assigned with the Scheduling and Alternative Host privileges in advance by your boss. You will need to be a paid-licensed member for this.

If you need start or schedule or new meeting (using your profile) you can do this at here https://zoom.us/start/videomeeting or here https://zoom.us/meeting/schedule

If you have the Zoom app installed, you can log this in with your new member account details. You can then also start or schedule the meeting there.

If you don't have the Zoom app installed, you can get it here: https://zoom.us/download

To Host a meeting without limits you will, again, need to be paid-licensed member (you didn't mention if you were).
