Despite having a pro plan, I'm still recording VDO in 720p.

I am using Zoom Pro, but when recording a VDO meeting, I am unable to record in HD. How can I resolve this?

    Hello @pramook 

     

    A Pro plan alone does not give access to HD in all circumstances. Even when it does, Group HD must be enabled on your account also:
