Deleting off the cloud

I'm wondering if I delete videos off the cloud if my clients will still be able to access the video through the link I send them?

 

I've tried reading up on this but it seems unclear.

      I find it is unclear too.  I'm trying to delete a cloud recording but there is no delete button.?

       Delete is in popup menu where you click the ellipsis button at the far right:

      Hello,

       

      if you send someone a link to the cloud recording, and then you delete the cloud, recording the link will no longer work because the cloud recording is no longer there.
