Deleting Cloud Recording as a Basic User

I used to be a Zoom Pro User but I have changed to be a Basic User as I'm not using Zoom as much as I used to. I have some recordings on the Cloud and I would like to delete them but I can't get access to the page of Recordings. It says "You have not enabled the Cloud Recorder. (200)".

I tried terminating my account also but I wasn't able to do it. Can someone help here? Thanks!

Hi there, @Rob-ZM20. If it has been over 30 days since you switched from a Paid account to a Basic account, your cloud recordings will automatically be deleted.

If you're sure you want to permanently delete your account, you can follow the steps outlined here

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Rob-ZM20.

It's my understanding that when you downgrade from Licensed (Pro) to a free (Basic) account, Cloud recording is disabled AND access to any previously created Cloud Recordings is no longer possible.  As @Bri   mentioned, your Cloud recording will be automatically deleted in 30 days... I believe this is whether or not you terminate your account.
