Delegate account access

An executive at our organization has a Pro account.  His Admin does not.  How can he grant her access to his account so that she can schedule meetings on his behalf?  We have 2FA enabled so just sharing the login info won't work.  We do not want to pay for another Admin account to accomplish this.

    Hi IBB_NY,

    Good day.

A user can schedule a Zoom meeting for another user on behalf through the scheduling privilege that is covered here in this article https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362803-Scheduling-privilege. For security and privacy, both users must be Licensed and on the same account.

    Prerequisites for scheduling privilege

    • Both users must be Licensed or On-Prem
    • Both users must be on the same account, or linked master/sub accounts
    • For webinars, both users must have the webinar add-on
    • If scheduling for another user through a Zoom plugin, add-in, or add-on, install the latest version:

Thank you and have a great day,

    MJ
