default settings of waiting room

Hi there. I support the leadership team and regularly schedule Zoom calls. When I book in GCal, the Zoom call gets scheduled with the Waiting Room as the security option. I have to manually change to verified users as we need use one security measure. Both execs have Waiting Rooms disabled on their end.

Is there a fix to this? I have permissions on both Zoom accounts.
