Custom Virtual Background

When I join someone else's meeting>Video>Right Side Arrow> Choose Virtual Background>it's not showing my Custom Virtual Background.

    Hi @robvpp first, I would suggest updating your Zoom client. Secondly, have ensured that you have added a custom virtual background and are able to select it from your Zoom client settings?

    Hi RN,

     

    I appreciate the tip to update...Done! In regards to the Virtual Background, yes, I've added one and it functions. It works when I host the meeting but doesn't when it is hosted by someone else. I'll see if any difference with the update and get back to you.
