Hello, we are noticing music is all but removed in zoom call from CRC units with cisco units. We disabled all other processing from room to codec, but remote on zoom cannot hear any music.

Is there a way to force Original audio on SIP/h323 CRC calls?

As a communications engineer specialized in audio I can tell you that by design H.323 uses narrow bandwidth audio codecs (which you can not turn off)  which are specifically designed for voice only and will treat music as background noise and remove it. To hear music all participants will need to use the Zoom client with the host device having "Original Audio for Musicians" turned on.

Hi, Bwallen34.

The experience via CRC will never be 100% with the same functionality as with a Zoom client, but you can try the option 705, which Enables Music Mode and disables noise suppression.

There are a few others that you can test too. You can find more about it here: SIP/H.323 Room Connector Dial Strings
