Crackeling sound for all participants, flickering Video for all, unusable junk!

Latest version on Mac OS X Ventura still starts to crackle and to flicker in a way, that you have to leave the meeting, as everybody else is impacted.
Latest version, fresh install: 5.12.9 (13190)

This is unusable junk.

Seems that Zoom ignores this. I will turn to another vendor.

Hi @KlausKloeser I am running macOS Ventura 13.4.1 (22F82) and Zoom version 5.15 as of today with no issues. Can you please attempt to update and let me know if you're still facing this issue?
