COULD NOT CONNECT
I am an international student at the University of Sydney. At present, I use zoom to take online classes. I am confused that I could not login succeeded after loging out my account.
I still can Login with browser succeeded. That's mean now I have to use zoom by Logining with browser but not the app.
If I could not login succeeded in the app, I think I would not be seen as attended students. This may cause me to be absent.
I need help !!!! I need Customer service personnel to solve this matter as soon as possible.
