Hi, my first time here.
Can anyone tell me how I can convert the audio file to a text file?
Thanks,

Hello @MoniqueJeanne,
Welcome to the Zoom Community. We have a public Knowledge based article that covers this query.
https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064927
Take a look at that and let me know if you have any other questions. I would be happy to attempt to answer them all.
Thanks,
