content-type header values varies while file upload in zoom meeting chat

I'm uploading a file in zoom meeting chat, for the same file I'm seeing content-type: text/plain and content-type: application/octet-stream for different occasions.
Why this is happening ? is there any documentation regarding this ? is this expected behavior ?
