connecting problem

I am using Zoom Workplace 7.2.1 (43844) on an HONOR Pad 9 with MagicOS 8.0 and Android 14.

Every time I start or join a meeting, the app returns to the previous screen at “Preparing meeting.” This happens on both Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot.

Clearing the app data temporarily fixes the issue, but it returns after some time. Reinstalling Zoom did not solve it.

Has anyone experienced this issue on HONOR tablets, and is there a known fix?
