Colors of the raised hands

Is anyone else having a problem with the "raised hands" blending into people's backgrounds, so it is hard to call on them because you don't "see" the hand?  I would like to suggest that instead of "flesh colored" Zoom takes a page from Microsoft pointers and instead use "day glow" or "highlighter" colored hands - so the hands are readily viewable.

Am I making an elephant?
