Co-Worker Getting Copies of Zoom Invites that I Send Out

This is most likely an Outlook setting, not Zoom. Check for automatic forwarding rules, delegate access, shared calendars, or any mailbox rules that could be sending your meeting invites to your coworker. Testing with a regular Outlook meeting invite can also help identify the cause.
