Co-Host unable as an alternate host because the user cannot be selected

On my Zoom PRO account, I have the co-Host feature already enabled.

Zoom does not allow to schedule a meeting with a second coordinator. He replies: Unable to assign “***********” as an alternate host because the user cannot be selected at this time

however,

the temporary situation is permanent.
where am I wrong?
