Cloud Recording Button

Hello 

Although all settings are enabled to record on the cloud.

The button does not appear on the Zoom meeting. 

I am only able to record locally.

Any suggestions?

    Are you an admin on your account? If not, please check with them as they may have you in a group that only allows for local recording. 

    If you are the admin and this is still the case, please refer to this article to ensure you are meeting all of the prerequisites.
