I am the host at the zoom meeting. I chose cloud records. My zoom account is licensed. The meeting lasted 1.5 hours, but only 38 minutes recorded in the cloud. Why is that? what's the solution?

    What is the file size of the recordings made. The default cloud storage limit is 1GB. Did you reach this limit maybe?

     

    How many people were in your Meeting?

    It was only 31 people in my meeting, Sir.
    the file size of the recording is only 502 MB.

    what's the solution for this case?
