Cloud recordings generally take about 2 times the duration recorded to process, but occasionally may take up to 24 hours due to higher processing loads at that time. For example, an hour long meeting with only 30 minutes recorded would typically take 30-60 minutes to process.
If your meeting recording is 2 hours long on a Sunday morning, I’d expect it to take 4 hours or more. Many church groups have recordings being generated at this particular time. Be patient. But if it’s still not available in a few more hours, create a ticket with Zoom Support staff.
