Cloud Recording

Hi, 

I have recorded a 15 min meeting 5 days ago, but I haven't gotten it until now. I cannot see it even when I go to cloud recordings on the website.

    @Intisar-Salim First, you may have accidentally clicked record to your local machine instead of the cloud recordings (if you really cannot find the recording on the cloud). 

    You may try checking it via Local Recordings: 

    My Settings (Web) >Recordings >Local Recordings 

    If it is recorded to your local machine, there will be an OPEN radio button which will lead you to the folder location of the local recording.
