Hi @jnorto4 @JoshSeiden @Melissa_MP I wanted to provide an update from the Zoom side. We are working on this feature and have released it to a small set of customers. You could test and see if it is working for you now. If not, it will soon as we are working on having this rolled out fully by the end of 2022. The latest client version will be required so please update your Zoom client before testing. If captions are enabled in your settings but the feature is still not working in BO rooms, the feature has almost certainly not been enabled for your account yet.
Additionally, Zoom now support translated captions as an add-on license OR as part of our Zoom One licensing bundles. If you have translated captions these will also work in BO rooms (once the caption in BO rooms feature has been enabled for your account).
