I have an account at Zoom, and my question is how do I turn on the CC function so that I can reda along with hear what the other party is saying.

      Hey @RajKumar2020, check out our documentation on Managing closed captioning and live transcription. First, you will need to enable closed captioning and live transcription.

      Can you confirm if the captions only work is the host enables it? Can you also indicate if this requires a payment plan? I am hearing impaired and both Teams and Google meet make captions available on the main screen, simply. This is a major accessibility issue, and I'm really hoping someone can make this better for zoom users.
