Closed Captioning

Can anyone walk me through how to set up Closed Captioning - auto produced? I found some info in Zoom Support but what is there seems to be out of date. What I see does not match what is described or in videos. I have a free account - fully up to date. Our organization has access to a pro account.  This is for a small community organization and we are unable to hire a transcriptionist or have a member transcribe the meetings. We are trying to make our Zoom meetings accessible for our  members who complain they can't hear!
