The closed captions when displayed in Windows 10 is coming correctly when we are transferring the text using API. Whereas the same captions are not coming correctly with a appended text. The scrolling of the text is moving very fastly or the same text is displayed once or twice or thrice where in the windows 10 it is not scrolling, this is stable.
The same text which is enclosed attachment is keep on scrolling multiple times until the interpreter enters the next text.
