    There's not much info in your post here on the Zoom Community. We do not have access to the Zoom Support Ticketing system here.  Look for your ticket and any progress on it by logging into Zoom and clicking this link:

    https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests 

     

    If you still want some assistance here from the Zoom Community, please provide more information about what the user was attempting to do when they encountered the error.  There are lots of errors out there... we need more info in order to help you.

    I have a support ticket open. I need it answered soon. It is saying low priority, but it is hurting my business. and I have a paid subscription.
