Client can't see shared screens

When I share my screen on zoom, everyone can see it except for 1 client.  This has happened repeatedly.  I looked at their computer but cannot figure out what is wrong.  Can you tell me any tips or tricks to allowing someone else to view the shared screen whenever it seems to work for everyone else on the call?

    I am having this problem right now, having the issue all weekend.  Has never happened before.  Would appreciate help.

    Same. This has been happening to me for a week. On a Dell PB, via a university account.

    I just got an email from a Zoom participant complaining about the same thing! Did anybody find out how to fix this?

    I can`t see any shared screen. I will try to reinstall the app
