Chromebook PWA camera issue, how to report?

I have a chromebook and an external document camera. The camera works well with the old Zoom Chrome app, but it does not work with the newer Zoom PWA (producing a black image) . Is there a place to report hardware issues like this to the developers?

 

The camera reports itself as: "eMPIA Technology, Inc. OKIOCAM S"

    Ok, this problem is finally fixed. Hooray! Just upgrade chromeos to 111, but I'm not sure if that is the critical step.

    You can visit our Zoom Feedback form, which is the official way to share any feedback or feature requests with the Zoom team, but I will see what I can do to bring this to the attention of the PWA team.

    I still has the same problem, six months later.

    The problem persists, still no change.
