Changing password without signing in to Google

My premium or Pro Zoom account login is only my Google sign in.  I have now way of accessing my Zoom Account (which remains paid) and if I try to change the password it directs me to use Google Account login.

      Hi @faizahlatif thank you for your post on the Zoom Community! Have you ever been able to access your Zoom account? Did something change recently? 

       

      Also, have you tried going to https://zoom.us/ and clicking "Sign In" in the upper right? 

       

      Thanks, just wanted to get some clarity to see if we can sort this out. Thanks!

      I have the same problem It just keeps asking me for my password. I tell it I have forgotten it. So it shows me a link but that takes me back to the same place. If I try to reset it through google it says I have the wrong password so I just keep going round and round!!!
