Cannot login with email

I cannot login to my account with my email and password. I am still able to access my account by clicking "forgot password?" so I can reset my password in the settings. When I sign out and try to log back in with the same password that I just changed it too, it says it's the wrong password. I need to be able to login with my email and password because my account is linked to my school email.

It's possible that your Zoom log-in is not your Zoom email and password.

By any chance, is it possible that your log in uses SSO, Gmail or other log in methods?

I'm having a similar problem I have established that Zoom uses my 'Google log in' and that this is something called 'SSO'. I happen to know my 'Google log in' details but if I try to use them on Zoom, it will not let me log in. I feel irrationally irritated by this. It does not seem to much to ask to be able to log in with a username or email and a password. My online bank thinks this is ok, but not zoom apparently.
