Cannot Find Recording on Cloud or Local Device

I was the host of a meeting and started the recording on the cloud. I paused the recording during the meeting, and my co-host resumed the recording. However, when the meeting was over and the recording was sent to me,  I only received the first half of the meeting (the part that I recorded). The other half that my co-host resumed recording is missing. We have both checked our zoom accounts and our local devices but we cannot find it anywhere. Any suggestions?
