Cannot access recording

I need to access a recording from a different account than my own.  I created the account so i should have privileges but every time i sign into the account it tells me i am not the host so cannot access.  I make sure that all my browsers are closed when i sign into this particular account  and have raised several incidents.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt so i havent actually worked out what the problem is.  any ideas? TIA

    @debraheath It could probably be that the machine's browser that you are using to access the recording is already signed in to another Zoom account. In cases like this, I usually use open the link in Incognito Window (Chrome), Private Window (Safari), or InPrivate Window (Microsoft Edge).
