Can't turn off my virtual background on my mac air

Hi I’ve reviewd the existing threads, but none seem to address my issue. The background currently is a Zoom default virtual background, not one I uploaded. I am unable to turn it off. I’ve alreaduy

  • Checked my Virtual background setting
  • Attempted to select “none”
  • Upgraded my subscription

Nothing is working. What are the next steps.

    I can be that the virtual background is not generated by Zoom, but by MacOS. Could you please try the following and see if it works for you:

    When you are in a Zoom meeting, you should see a camera icon (white camera on a green square) in the task bar at the top of your screen.
    When you click on that, you should be able to set, modify the effects put onto the video in video meetings that are created by Mac OS.
