Can't link existing email-based account to existing google account

Hi,

I have a paid email-based zoom account. At some point, I also set up the google calendar so that I could schedule zoom meetings directly from the google calendar. Really neat, but I noticed that I couldn't attend or start the zoom meetings myself.

It took me a while to figure out that this is because the google calendar was connected to zoom via an unpaid account.

So now I have an unpaid google-based zoom account and an email-based, paid zoom account.

I want to link these together, and found the instructions on how to do so here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362003-Zoom-technical-support
It says:

  1. Sign out of your Zoom account.
  2. Go to the Zoom site from your browser.
  3. Click on Sign In.
  4. On the Sign In page, click on Google.
  5. In the Link to your Zoom account page, click Link and Sign In.
Note: After clicking on Link and Sign In, you will be signed directly into your Zoom account.
  6. In the navigation panel, click on Profile.
  7. Under Sign-In Email, verify Linked accounts displays the Google icon

This is all fine except I can't find the Link to your Zoom account page in step 5?

What to do?

Best regards and thanks,

Kim
