Can't hear audio on laptop

Since installing a Zoom update a few months ago, I cannot hear anything from others on my Zoom meetings. They can hear me but I cannot hear them. I have full audio on everything else I use my laptop for. I have done all the recommendations in articles, etc. more than once to no avail. Help Please!
