Can't get audio working

When trying to connect to Zoom I get the error as displayed above. Not sure how to fix it. I have a Logitech headset and it works fine everywhere else. I've tested it. I've switched ports. I've rebooted and nothing is working.  I've tried plugging into all different USB ports and I still can't get it working. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks for the advice Rachel, and I did try what you've recommended,  but I've determined that the problem is with the USB + Zoom. I've unplugged and re-plugged into every port I have but the problem persists.
