Can't find Spotlight Option

Hello, I want to use the spotlight feature and it is not listed for me. I have looked up the directions on Zoom's FAQ but the option is not available for me in the noted ellipsis. Can anyone please let me know why this might be? Do I need a specific package in order to use this feature?

    Removing the "spotlight" feature is such a major issue for anyone using Zoom to do interviews in a group coaching or teaching format.

    I had the same issue in my latest zoom meeting. Impossible to produce a good learning seminar with that feature disabled. What is the problem? I tried to look for answers what I need to do and can't find any good solutions or answers to the problem.

    I have the same problem. Spotlight is not showing as an option (anymore). All pre-requisites are met according to the article, but the option is just not showing up where it usually does in the drop down menu on the participant. 

    Is this a glitch of a new software update, or do I need to do anything in the background settings to fix it?
