Can see myself but all other participants cannot see my video

I am trying to fix my user who has been using zoom for years.  Her machine was upgraded to Windows 11.  Since then when she joins a zoom meeting she can see all participants and herself but no participants can see her.

 

I verified camera working fine in Teams meeting - we see each other.

I verified Win 11 privacy settings.

 

I uninstalled zoom, ran cleanzoom.exe, reinstalled.  Same issue

I installed an earlier version of zoom - same issue

II have checked all privacy settings

I tried another camera

I tried the web version

 Any ideas - again the camera works fine in Teams meetings.

If anyone can assist I have more info.  My user joined with browser and I joined with browser.  I could see her.

 

My user joined with Zoom app I joined browser and I could see her.

 

My user joined with Zoom app and I joined with zoom app and I could not see her.

 

Again this is not my side really as no other participants in her last meeting could see her either and they were all using zoom app.  And they could all see everyone else but her.

 

Any ideas?

Hi Mark - all of this has been done.

 

This is not a camera issue as we have tried 2 cameras - see my last post of what scenarios work but will recap below

 

The camera works fine in Teams on user side and other participants

The camera worked fine in Zoom before the upgrade to Win 11

The camera works fine using Zoom in browser on both sides user and participants

The camera works fine in Zoom client on user side / zoom browser on all participants side

The camera works fine on user side using zoom app / all participants using Zoom app cannot see this user on their side
