Can open local recording

Get this error message: 

You must sign in with the same Zoom account on the web to open this link. Error code: 124

I've received the same error message and cannot retrieve my recorded meeting. I'm trying to retrieve the recorded meeting on the same exact computer that I used to record the meeting with, so this error makes no sense.
