Can not view drop-down menus

Hello,

 

I can not view some drop-down menus when using zoom, which appear completely white or keep showing the background image on my screen. The same happens for the bar on top when sharing the screen, hence I am not able anymore to control the meeting (e.g. stop the sharing, opening the chat, etc...)

      Hi,

       

      My PC is a Slimbook Pro X and my OS is Slimbook OS 20.04 LTS. Zoom version is 5.9.3 (1911).

      I can not sign in to zoom it just goes blank when i open the app and try to sing in, idk if its the same problem you are having.

      I've had the same issue for months, the only fix I've found is to select the drop-down menu and then hit one of the up or down arrow keys. Doing so seems to force the drop-down menu items to be rendered.

      I'm also having this problem, which happened after an upgrade a while back. Now I'm running 5.17.11 (3835) on debian linux. All drop-down menu (including in meeting controls and New meeting drop-down) just shows a quick flash of something but immediately disappears.
