Can I use the Zoom phone# for a reservation-less meeting?

Hi @NSalveson, can you explain a bit more on what you mean by reservation-less? Assuming registration? Along with how you're wanting to leverage Zoom Phone. Or are you referring to dialing into a meeting with your cellphone?
