Bug Breakout Room

I tried to use the breakout room, after walking for 1.5 hours all the participants did not even enter the breakout room, and for the participants who left the breakout room themselves did not enter the breakout room, what was the problem?

    Not sure I understand what happened with your breakout rooms. Can you explain the issue with a bit more detail?

    Hi we just experienced an unexplainable tech issue where participants are unable to join (and couldn’t be assigned to) the Zoom Breakouts from the main session, even Co-hosts couldn’t join. This happened since yesterday (Sept 1, 2022), right after a recent Zoom update. Could this be a bug? And how can this be resolved? We hope to hear from you as soon as possible.
