Breakout rooms opening automatically

Breakout Rooms don't open by themselves automatically. The Open All Rooms button must be clicked. It's possible that if there were other co-hosts in the meeting that somebody clicked on Open All Rooms, whether intentional or not.

Is there a way to automatically open all rooms?

Or is it possible to give the right to every participant to open all rooms?

if you can add this feature to Zoom settings
so the owner of the zoom account can allow any one to join the meeting (and in the same time open automatically the breakout rooms opened with the specific settings specified int h zoom setting)
will be great
