1. Is it possible for the presenter's voice to be heard simultaneously in all the breakout rooms? There is functionality called "Sharing screens and broadcasting to Breakout Rooms." Please read through this support article, and this should help you with question number 1.
2. if a participant needs help - is there a button to call the organiser/host for help? No, there is not, but a participant in a BO room can leave the room and go back to the main session to ask a question of the host, or they can raise their hand and ask the BO room director/attendant a question if needed. Plus they can use chat or Q&A, as well as polls if the host has those functions available in the main meeting session.
3. is it possible to record each breakout rooms? You can record locally in a BO Room. This support article covers this. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0062540
4. Can participants in all breakout rooms see the presenter's screen/slides at the same time? Yes, this is also covered in the support article that I mentioned on question 3.
5. if there are 120 participants, how much will it cost? So licensing is based on meeting licenses, so if you have a 100 participant license then that counts also for BO rooms, if you have a 500 large meeting license it can be used for meetings with BO rooms enabled.
