Break-out room not found in setting

I am the owner of a Pro account since 2023. I had no need to use break-out rooms before. Now that my work requires break-out rooms I cannot find that feature. I’ve tried on my laptop and phone to no avail. I have email support, read articles, chatbot but no success. I have followed all the steps given by chatbot and the article that is: login into my account, go to the left had panel; click account management, click advance, click meetings there no such feature as break-out room under meeting to enable. what could be the problem?

In Version: 6.7.2 (26346) click more… > breakout rooms. You can also right click breakout rooms and select “pin to taskbar”.

Thank you for attempting to help, I appreciate it. There is no Rooms any where to click on. I have gone through this over and over - it just isn’t there. I looked under Meeting, I looked under Advance, break-out rooms, nor rooms is anywhere to be found.

Are you looking at the web portal or the Zoom client?

You must have breakout rooms turned on in the web portal first. In the web portal go to settings. In the search box at the top enter “breakout”.

In meetings > advanced

turn on Breakout room - Meetings and check all applicable boxes.

Launch Zoom client.

In Version: 6.7.2 (26346) click more… > breakout rooms. You can also right click breakout rooms and select “pin to taskbar”.
