blurry screen

When I zoomed with my colleague, my colleague said my screen was blurry. My zoom has been upgraded to the latest version, I don't know what is causing the blurry screen.

    Hi @haiyuan, and welcome to the Zoom Community! Was the blurriness occurring during a screen share or was your video itself blurry to your colleague?

    Nothing to do with my video. I usually share my desktop, not a recorded video.

    the version of zoom is Version: 5.11.9 (10046).

    When I share my screen, my colleagues say they can't see what I'm sharing clearly.

    Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
    While in a Zoom meeting, tap More in the controls.
    Tap Virtual Background (Android) or Background and Filters (iOS).
    Tap the Blur option. Your background will become blurred behind you, obscuring your surroundings.

    Have you resolved the blurry screen issue?  I have the same problem.
