Blurred Background

I have Windows 10, I have downloaded the Zoom Client and I still can not get my background to blur. I do not have the green screen button selected, since I do not have one. However, isn't blur suppose to be an option without the need of a green screen? I can download virtual backgrounds, but a simply blur of my own background isn't available no matter what I do.

Please help!

Hey @Vita, do you meet the system requirements for Virtual Background? Desktop clients must meet the requirements in the "Images only without a green screen" sections.
