How do I fix a black screen?? I could not share my documents or course materials today in class because of a black screen. I did not have this problem last week. Very frustrating trying to get help to get rid of this black screen.

Sometimes my screen is black when I start hosting a recurring meeting. I review all video options that I havent changed, find nothing wrong, and it still is black. Sometimes I can stop and restart the meeting multiple times and maybe the fourth time my screen will be normal again. I updated the software and still had the problem today. I shut down the other apps. Any ideas why this black screen sometimes happens?
