Backrounds

Every day when i log on for my online class i would have my Camera on then when zoom had the new backround update for all computers i went and tried it out and .. IT GOT STUCK???!!!! ZOOM I AND IT WON'T COME OFF AT ALL I DON'T KNOW HOW IM SUPPOSED TO FIX THIS BECAUSE MY TEACHER NEEDS TO SEE MY FACE AND NOW SHE CANT PLEASE FIND SOMEONE THAT CAN FIX THIS .
