Audio Transcription is still transcribing after 13 hours

I completed a call yesterday at 5:00pm AEST and it's not 6:45am AEST and the audio transcription is still transcribing.

Normally the transcription is available within 1 hour of the meeting. I need to share this with my client. Does anyone know how to request this audio transcription?

It's now been 4 days since the call the transcription is still "Transcribing". Same as the one I completed 3 days ago. Is anyone able to help me to get the transcription for these calls?
